The Gingerbread
Man
Once upon a time, there were a
little old woman and little old man who lived in a little cottage near the
lake. They were unhappy because they don’t have a child. One day, a little old
man was very hungry, so the little old woman made a gingerbread man for her
husband. She made a big batch of gingerbread man dough, then rolled in flat and
cut it in the shape of a gingerbread man. She gave him chocolate chips for eyes,
a cinnamon drop for a mouth, and chocolate sprinkles for a hair. Then she put
the gingerbread man in the oven to bake.
Suddenly, the little old woman
heard a voice from the oven. She opened and took the gingerbread man from the
oven. She was surprised when she saw a gingerbread man alive. The gingerbread
man was very nice and friendly, so the little old woman and little old man didn’t
eat the gingerbread man.
One day, the gingerbread man,
little old woman and little old man walked through the yard and passed a pig. “Stop”,
the pig snorted, “I want to eat you”. Then, the gingerbread man answer,
“please, don’t eat me, the little old woman and little old man was very sad if
you eat me, how if we be come to be a friend?
I will help you look for other food”.
The pig agreed with the gingerbread man offer, so they came to be a friend.
When they reached a lake, they
didn’t know how to across the lake. A magic fox saw the gingerbread man and
said, “What do you want”. The gingerbread man answer, “I want to across the
lake and look for a food for my family”. Then the fox approached the
gingerbread man and flipped the gingerbread man into the air, snapped his mouth
shut, and ate the gingerbread man. The little old woman, little old man, and
the pig were shocked by the incident. They crying because lost the gingerbread
man.
The fox jumped into the lake and
disappeared. Suddenly, a child emerged from a lake and brought a lot of food.
In fact, the child is a gingerbread man who turns into a little boy. The little
old woman and little old man were very happy because they got the child who they
dreamed for a long time. The pig also was very happy because they got a lot of
food. The gingerbread man, the little old woman, little old man, and the pig
were very happy together ever after.
